Hi Alurea! Thanks for sharing with us. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with little things too, but sometimes I like being stressed because it distracts me from brooding on other things. Maybe that's similar to what you're feeling. When I get overwhelmed I just try to prioritize, and give myself permission to let go of things that aren't urgent. Then I do my best to provide myself with healthy distractions if I find I'm thinking too much about negative things.
