Anger is a big trigger for me also. I'm a manager and dealing with an angry boss or even another employee throws my body into ready mode. I sometimes feel the rush of wanting to escape the situation and sometimes get a panick attack. Antidepressants has helped me somewhat but I still have to quiet down my body by using internal meditation. It calms me down a knotch or two so that I can get a grasp as to why they are angry.
