I think one of the important things to remember with exercising is to start off with measuring yourself in inches. Since you do gain muscle mass and it does weigh more than fat mass, measurements are more important than weighing yourself. In time, you should be finding that your clothing fits a bit looser as you gain muscle and loose fat.

Keep going....I know how discouraging it can be at times. You will be rewarded for your hard work!
