It sounds like you are in a confusing, painful spot. There is so much here to talk about with your T...wondering if he wants to see less of you, wondering if you can delve into the things you need to delve into without more frequent appointments, all of your feelings around all of this..and I know it will feel hard to wait so long to talk to him.
