Losing weight is basically about what and how much we eat and how much we "exercise". When I go to the grocery store alone, I sometimes walk every aisle; between parking the car (not close to the store) and walking every aisle, buying the food and taking it back to the car, I wore my pedometer and that's half a mile of walking. Figure out how to make what you do do more energetic. Dance when you do housework, park farther away from locations and use stairs instead of elevators. Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day and not as much "junk" food. If you can't sleep, walk, "pace" up and down a flight of stairs. Work healthier food and more activity into your day-to-day busyness.
