Hey yall.
I am in the process of calling my doctor, now. I am very nervous in calling her. I just feeli like i am at my wits end. I just found out that my workplace has a employee assistance program. HR said it is completely confidental. I am thinking about it. It is a free service. I am not sure about it. What yall think?
