Thanks for the replies everyone. Decided I couldn't take the ill fitting bras anymore and Additionelle was having a bra sale on - all bras were 29.95. I've officially gone from a 44D down to a 40C.

Been slipping a bit on the diet front as I've been comfort eating since losing my job and being back in rehab, and am no longer able to do weight watchers at work. But I'm going to get back on track this week and try to follow the weightwatcher's program on my own for awhile and see how it goes as I really don't want to spend the money on membership until I find out if I qualify for employment insurance.

But on a happy note - now that I have proper fitting bras again, I must say they're quite perky.
