Thanks for your replies, my daughter came down with an ear infection and pink eye on new years day and we have been in the house since last thurs! I think I got stressed out watching news coverage of the deceased miners in WV. It made me very sad. I seem to have a hard time not internallizing stress and being a mom of a busy 4 year old and being sick for a week.

I did try to call my Dr but he had no appts avail. So I think for now Im going to have a hot shower and try to lay low for the day (yet again)! I just hate doubling up on meds to make it through a day.........Panic sucks, and i hate feeling like the girl who cried wolf. I would never really know if I was having a medical emergency!!!!! Trying to live through these cold and snowy and gray MN winters doesnt help either.
