I'm alone the majority of my time, and I understand the loneliness and desire for company to share experiences with. It's a natural human desire. We're social beings. At the same time, being alone sometimes is inevitable, and it's good to learn to enjoy one's own company. If clinical depression or excess anxiety is fueling the feelings, then that needs professional attention. Best wishes.
