When things start to get overwhelming (it doesn't take much; I have close to zero stress-tolerance), I immediately slow down, both physically and mentally. I go about things slowly, deliberately -- it's almost comic.

Sleep is critical for me. Even if I can't sleep well, I'll put off dealing with something until after I've slept (usually meaning the next day, and sometimes two-three days).
Thanks for bringing up this topic, Fresia. It's something I too rarely think about.
