I'm 29 and I haven't been with anyone either. I feel like I could have written some of your post. As for always having sex on your mind, it's totally normal...my therapist said mid to late 20's is when the female sex drive really increases. I have thought of the "friends with benefits" thing as well, but I think I need to really be in love with that person in order for it to completely satisfy me. Have you tried masturbating? You deserve to feel that pleasure even if you're not with anyone. I have social phobia so I struggle with shyness/childhood feelings of shame, etc. so that's why I am still in my "V-status."
