Im with you. Been in mental health units three times and I will never go back. I don't care how hard things get. It can't be worse then what I went through on those units and if it is worse and my brain is allowing it to come to the surface then its time to work on it not take my life because of it.

Chosing to battle for sanity over death is a hard choice and yes the road ahead of you may get real rocky at times but I can tell you from experience its worth it. And I am happy for you that you have made the choice to live and fight it.

Find that one dream or goal you want to reach and grab on tight and never forget what you just went though and you can and will make it no matter how rocky the road gets. Take care.
