The exyma is much less bothersome and even the thirst is less problematic. The gum worked wonders but I think the aspirteem in the sugerless gum didn't agree with me because I had a bit of a tummy ach. No biggy if it could stimulate more saliva. Still drinking a lot of water but not as bad as the last few days when I may as well have just stuck a hose in my mouth. My typing is still frustrating but I am managing one way or another.

I am pretty sure at this point that i will stick with the lamictal but I am going to ask about splitting it up to take it twice during the day instead of all at once.

I hope your day is going well. I was thinking about you today as I struggled to write a report. It got a bit overwhelming at one point and I just needed to stop for awhile to destress. The challenge was not to obsess about it when I was suppose to be taking a break. It was rough so I empathize with you and think you should be proud of what you are accomplishing while coping with some of the crazy symptoms that can dog us. Well done and I hope it gets easier as you progress onward.

Wishing you well.
Thanks for this!
