the paths should look something like this:
$mydir="/PhysicalPathToTheWebserver/htdocs";
$progdir="/PhysicalPathToTheWebserver/htdocs/cgi-bin";
$ojdir="/oj";
$cgi_url="/cgi-bin/oj.cgi";
$base_url="http://www.SERVERNAME.com";
This way it worked for me...
Please take care of the correct owner of the files, if you are working on Unix/Linux
