I notice they have phone lines to call, but i'm not couragous enough to call. I hate talking on phones. if there was a phone phobia, i'm sure i would have it.
I was wondering if anyone know of any place like the national sucidie prevention lifeline, that's for not only suicide but for distress and needing resources and refeerals or help in finding a way to get what i need. But in chat or IM form?
