I'm sorry sleep is so elusive.....I hope you find some before it's morning there!
Have you tried just reading something boring that might make you start feeling drowsy and then going back to bed? This is one thing suggested to me, to not just lay in bed.....but get up, do something, read, journal, whatever, until I feel drowsy, and then lay down again. And if I'm not asleep in 30 minutes, get up and do it again....it's taken me until 1 or past many nights recently to get to sleep and then up at 4 again!
Maybe you do need meds tweaked, too....
