I am reading many stories here of people feeling ...many ranges of feelings.
Let me say what I believe we can all do to help our own souls:
All these fears we have built in our minds(the stories we feel sad about) are just our fears. They are not representation of anything else. The people around you are nothing for you but you can be something for them if you want to. The only reality can be you deciding you want to change yourself not others. As every life is lived differently, for my life, I know I am staying away of the fears that are taking so much of people's lives in my opinion. I will stay away from it as much as i can and will transform all my negative thoughts into positive ones. Being and feeling good will hape me move forward in my life to the point where much more of my life will be filled with much more of happiness i already have and am thankful for. Why do we want to put so much fears in our lives? From all this negativity, we al have seen the guys who have been through 'hell'- worse ever life events and they feel happy, strong, better, more beautiful. Why us, who are going through the daily life changes most people do, wants to feel down. Why not just switching your mind's work on positive attitude. It will change your life. How come a person without legs can do what most of us cannot do with two legs? Why? Anybody? ...Their inner self is strong, they are not destroying themselves full of fear. If I lose body part should I kill myself or just reinvent my own perception of me. Should I feel guilty of the people who did this to me? Why taking the victim part.Why my ex should be guilty for my life? Nobody is, I am responsible for everything I have in me. If it changes, I change again. Transform everything negative into positive.Why feeling stuck in your life, we are all stuck somewhere, why feelings bad about it, why not feeling another possibility out there? why so much pressure , i have a so called disorder too, why do i limit myself? i am my own true self, i am who i am and i believe it all leads to just developing your own better,hopefully,self. nothing out there deserves negativity, when things in life makes you feel bad, remember the people you admire, those who handle it with dignity, those who can make it through the tought times and they make it even better after. things will happen all the time, but there are always people who just live a good life no matter their life events! be happy for who you are and if you can change for better, your own better, do it, do not ask for too much because nobody got the answers,i think peace
