It's good to hear you are at least ready to begin thinking about it! Only you with your T can decide what is possible for you to try right now. IMO if you take baby steps (and yes, we often need the T to guide us in this, as we take bigger steps than we realize!) then it won't be too hard to retreat to safety a step or two as you go.
