In my own experiance, nothing good comes from self hatred. Only more pain and self hatred. Does that mean I like me? Not in the least. But until she and I can come to an accord, tolerance is my medium before acceptance.

Are there any particular reason you hate yourself? Are they true or are they only distortions?
