Maybe you can find some ways to soothe and cheer yourself up when you feel low? I know it's hard, but sometimes singing or playing the piano helps me. Having to focus makes me forget about how crappy I feel. Journaling could be another outlet for the emotions you need to vent. Exercise is another good one- releases endorphines which make you happy and give you a reason to feel good about yourself!
