I try to take it as neeeded, but I wind up taking it when I go to bed. I can usually go most of the week not taking it, and then i will have a really bad day and wind up taking a couple over the course of the day just to get through. My panic attacks were under control for the better part of 5 years and I was managing them ok, and now with a 4 year old and not liking winters in MN and being a stay at home mom, I kind of lost it. I'm thinking of starting a yoga or tai kwon do class to do something for me. It just seems like we run out of time for ourselves. I would really like to go back to work part time, but am lacking the confindence I need feeling so crappy. Any suggestions are appreciated.
