Carrie-19, reaching out to others is a good step. We are here, we care and hope that you can bridge the gap between love and hate. Some days I just have to write down one thing I like/love about myself. If I can find one thing there is hope.
Today I like my sense of humor. But yesteday all I could find to like was my finger nails, they are strong a grow easily, stupid I know, but I have heard other people say they hate their finger nails. So it was something. Try it.
