it has many clincical features, and behavior. it reminds me a lot of bpd, because a lot of people range in all diffrent degrees of it.
some can be very low in iq, and some can be very high in some areas but very low in others.
a lot of people have facial characteristics. lots of organs can have issues. the heart being one of them. colon can be another.
some are very empathic and others are very bully(very rare) like (just tends to be how one is taught growing up)
blood tests of a "FISH Chromosome 7" can tell you if you have it or not. but they also can do a micro array test. which i'm not really sure what that's for, because i've not had it before. (tho the doc is talking about doing this as well).
