For bipolar disorder, you don't seem particularly overmedicated. I'm not familiar with invega, but your med regiment looks a lot like many people with bipolar disorder.

That said, I'd probably move on to the psychiatrist. I wouldn't be that comfortable with a nurse handling such a complex med regiment myself. It isn't about loyalties; it's about getting the best care for yourself that you can.
