Strive to be brutally honest in session. Your T can take it. Trust the education your T has, and the experience, and allow that trust to be what anchors you. It is not easy to do this, but that is how you will get the most bang for your therapy buck.

WePow, I love this, thanks for reminding me, too, that I need to be much more open in showing T the deepest of the deep pain, and just be raw and genuine and trusting.
