Yes! I can relate. I am so sorry you are going through this right now. Hang in there! Even on my "good" days, I am hyper-vigilant and always expecting the worst. I'm told PTSD re-wires our central nervous system in a way and that can explain some of your symptoms. I'm not an expert, but these definitely sound like classic PTSD symptoms. Are you in therapy? Sometimes calming exercises help me - slow, deep breathing, visual imagery, etc. Good Luck!
