well................hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. not wanting to stereotype here, but i don't think there are that many out there. a few. but as i grow more mature, i see that a lot of men want a "momma"...not a relationship. and my deal is this, i reared four children and i ain't starting on another one.

i'd love to meet someone who has a life and a positive outlook on where he is and where he is going. i work so hard to keep going forward and i'd like to have someone who works equally hard on that. or at least takes one or two steps forward every day.

on the up side, i've had some hysterical dates (not that they were funny while i was having them) and some good laughs with my women friends. but i've also grown more cautious about going out. i got so bored one night, listening to a man recite his life back to 1969, that i started wondering if i could slit my throat with my truck keys. and it didn't help that the couple in their 80s, with bright red hair, kept rolling their eyes at me and giggling..they were sitting slightly diagonally to me and he couldn't see them. but they could hear every word he was saying and i'm sure they saw my glazed eyes. xoxoxo pat
