i'm learning that there are times in a "relationship" that enough isn't enough. there is no enough. listening, responding and caring can't always fill a void that someone else has. it gets to be too "labor intensive" and stepping away is the wisest thing that you can do.

sadly, i'm not sad. i'm relieved. i am exhausted and think i'll just lavish my pets with treats and get myself a massage and the new John M????? Trio CD..............love ya women, pat (and some men)
