My T is almost perfect. Though if I could have a fantasy, absolutely perfect T, she would never forget anything I told her, she would hold me if I wanted her to, she wouldn't charge me anything, she would let us have therapy in other places like by a lake, she would have given me a birthday present and card on her own, she would let me stay as long as I wanted, and she would tell me all about herself sometimes. But if she did all that, she'd probably not be a T!

A pocket rider, Elli-Beth, is a pretend miniature version of ourselves who decides to accompany someone else to their session or anywhere else they want. Usually to their session when it's going to be difficult! We have to be small to fit in someone's pocket!! Basically, it's to give each moral support at our tough sessions! The T doesn't know we're there, but WE do.
