You and T will resolve this because you don't want any part of it anymore. It probably will mean more pain, but think about how good it will be to get it out of there for good. ( I really need to repeat all this back to myself before my next appointment!) At least you can address it today and not have to wait any longer- right? Waiting is definetly the hard part.
