I agree with the above posters. As you sleep your mind shuffles through your experiences, putting them in order. I think last night your mind finally felt it could confront something very painful. Hopefully you've cried through some of the pain. Keep on doing what you're doing, and I firmly believe you'll carry on getting better. Crying is natural at times. It relieves a burden on the heart. I hope you're feeling better now.
