Yes, you are right. I'll still be rising to challenges in 2006, but I hope they will be challenges of my own choosing, rather than messy social situations!

What you said about solitude hits home, it's like we are run down batteries, needing to be on a trickle charge a lot of the time and then rising to just one challenge sucks out the energy again. Maybe solitude is our way of recharging ourselves, like all the sleeping we do.
