I'm on lamotrigine and seroquelXL. The seroquel normally helps me sleep. Because I've been having some breakthrough psychotic symptoms the pdoc has increased my seroquel, which seems to be helping a little, I'm getting to sleep around two am, instead of between four and six am. And yesterday after I took my dose the panic and despair started to subside. I'm getting a phone call from the support team every day until I stabilise, and I had someone come out today to help me with the financial problem. With her help it will be manageable.

Sugahorse, let me know whether your doctor can find a solution for you. I think every med has some kind of side effect. Seroquel has been the least difficult for me.
