I'm wondering to what your experiences were when you first started hearing voices.I started not long ago, and they cause me quite a bit of distress (getting proffessional help at the moment... if it can be called proffesional.)
Anyway, I'm drifting off topic with that.
Mainly I just want to know what you experienced at the time.
How much voices were you hearing?
Did ''random'' noises occur as well? (Example; someone knocking on your door, the sound of a glass breaking, screams, or similar.)
What were the topics? As in, what did the voices begin telling you at first.
Did they respond to your own thoughts/words? Not neceserily leading a conversation, though you could hear a ''comment'' when talking to someone else?
How do you deal with them? To relax a little?
And I beg of you not to tell me with a therapist, I'm asking for what you did before (or after) therapy with out the help of a proffessional, that worked.I'm not looking for a cure to stop them, just a way to ease my mind.
Another thing.. Have they (or has it) ever told/ordered you to do something specific?
I'm going to be random here, and say opening the window, or walking to the kitchen for some odd reason?
If so, what did you feel like after doing it, or after not doing it?
