Sorry to hear you are having such a rough day. I can relate. The period between sessions can be so scary and seem like forever. I often feel worse/more anxious too if I haven't gotten enough sleep. If your T says contacting her is OK, maybe just leave a brief message. Journaling is helpful too. That way you can "prepare" for T by organizing your thoughts.Sending safe hugs your way. Hope you can get a bit of rest and that these 2 days pass quickly.
