Oh, I think I know how you feel. That is an awful place to be in - jittery, anxious, flighty, difficult to stay on task. Do you know what's causing it? I usually don't. The other day when I was trying to decide if I should take klonopin before a session and my T suggested I experiment first in 'real life' (I have only taken it before flying previously), I took some. Man, what a difference it made. It calmed me down, lifted my mood and I was able to focus on task.
So, do you have access to meds to occasionally help with those feelings? Also, it's good to call T and journal as Elana suggested. Probably start with those first anyways.
