Does anyone ever get baffled about how depression can work; sometimes the feelings are so much more intense than the circumstances. I try to manage my thoughts and take care of difficult circumstances the best I can. It's interesting to me how I can really be working at feeling better by self care, trying to think on positive things (without denying the negative), and improving the circumstances. My feelings seem so out of proportion with the circumstances and negative thoughts. I am off antidepressants for now b/c I'm REALLY low on money. I know that would be helpful to have right now, but I don't see how that can happen currently.
