Surely do some on-line searching if your not there. I believe most large cities or even medium ones have "shelter homes" or group homes for the disabled. Mostly look at "health care centers". Alot of times they will be called "health departments". I know in Michigan there is a "county health department" in every county. They supply a person that seeks treatment a "case manager" that assists them if finding the best living enviroment for that person.
