Last Friday my thirteen year old was bullied in school by the school year bully. It carried on till today (Wednesday) when the bully and three of his mates caught Josh on his own in school.

One of the lads started to push Josh onto the bully saying fight fight fight etc. The bully started to hit Josh whereby Josh gave the kid a good hiding for which I am grateful as it so easily could of been the other way around.

Older lads came along and held Josh off the bully and also two teachers, while they was holding Josh the bully punched Josh twice in the face so a teacher stood between them to protect Josh. (in the uk teacher are not allowed to touch the children so could not hold the bully) The bully then pushed and punched the teacher in an attempt to get to Josh.

The Police was called and the bully plus the lad who started the pushing was escorted off the school grounds. The bully has received a ten day suspension from school and charges will be brought againts him.

I am a little worried about repercussions from the arrest and the fact that the bully was beaten to the point he was at one time crying.

He has older brothers in the school and the head has assured us that they will do all they can to protect my son from them. The Police have warned them if they hit Josh or threaten him then they too will be arrested.

Thought I would tell everyone more to get it all out of me as I am in the process of changing my meds so am taking this in a weird way.
