Hi folks,
On a positive note for 2006, I would like to know what your very best strategies are for reducing your symptoms, whatever your diagnosis.
Just to be clear, I am talking about non - destructive strategies here, so I wouldn't include drinking a bottle of Southern Comfort as a strategy; I'm thinking of gentler things!
My best strategy is 'time out' from responsibilities and sleeping late in the mornings. I'd give that an A+ in my book.
