I am so glad you were there with me. I knew I was not alone. Thanks SunSet for your messages but you are right... I had signed off to prepare. Thanks too Lavie for the more detailed instructions. I realized I have forgot to write down the instructions I had shared before I signed off so I spoke to what had been put on my heart.

I actually sat for 30 minutes when I looked again at the clock. It was a precious time and I am still filled up by the experience.
