Hi Rose Welcome and very gentle ((( ))) of support and comfort to you. Whenever we experience job loss it creates stress and the longer we are without a job the more stressful it can become. Perhaps if you let your therapist know he would have guidance for you. It may be your medications need to be adjusted. Stress just has you feeling overwhelmed right now. Where you finished your vocational schooling – do they have job placement services? I know we have programs in our area that help people locate work by providing needed support and assistance. Be very gentle with yourself and I’m glad you are reaching out for needed support. I cope with depression as the result of living with a disability and after my husband died is when the depression began. It can be rough at times but being here with such wonderful people helps me to feel better. (((( )))) - Patricia
