An example- today I had a large slice of pizza, will have some mini corn with cream cheese just now; possibly a plum too, and tonight probably pork chops with mash and veg. Don't think that's too bad. Only had about 200ml water and 2 cups of tea.
That's a typical day eating-wise for me.
I have quite a slender bone structure.
Down to about 101 pounds this AM. Worried about needing so much sleep too. I don't get all the sleep I need, and then I take strain. Have been taking a strong multi-vit, especially the last few days. Vitamin B's are all about 10 x RDA.
When I am stressed, I do eat a little less, because I genuinely have no appetite. Right now I'm very stressed, but managing to eat.
When did you start going to hospital? Did you literally pass out? I'd like to avoid that, thanks
