I ran into developmental problems when young with going to the bathroom, especially peeing, so now pretty much only do it at home, in the middle of the night, where it's "safe" (no one aware, criticizing or punishing me for it). It's been a problem though with doctors/labs and in the hospital, etc. when they want you to pee on demand; I have a really really tough time! So, in therapy I really wanted to have to go at T's office and learn to be able to go on demand/more naturally, but could never get myself to that point where I would. At new jobs, I would go entire weeks without going at work, until I felt more comfortable with the people/place, etc.
