Can you possible use the car accident to your advantage and say that it won'i really work out with her because you have had issues out side of counseling but in and about school that doesn't make it appropriate to continue seeing her.(Is the car insurance issue settled?)It is just a suggestion. She doesn't sound like someone who understands the nature of an illness that involves SI.
