Hi Beth!

I went to a lecture/workshop once where we wrote with our non-dominant hand. Sometimes I do it in my journal.
My T does IFS therapy which concerns itself with all of a person's parts. Often it's the child parts we're dealing with: listening to them, feeling compassion for them, and trying to get my Self to give them what they need.
She also teaches me mindfulness and we do breathing/meditation each week. She wants me to stay in the present, especially during our session. She is also interested in where in my body I feel things.
That book sounds interesting!
