The guy from our local lions club stopped by with a paper for my best friend who I live with. He told me that the club sometimes does grocery money for people, and i requested to apply, he said that was fine, so I invited him to stand inside rather than out. He went no further than three feet past our door. The only room he could see was kitchen with the dishes i had not done in days. Anyways, to my point.
He seemed super nice, friendly, i explained id been sick for two weeks off and on, had kidney stons or whatever.
He leaves, and about two hours later i get a facebook message from my best friend who is away for a week saying:
Hey i just had someone call me and tell me that the house was a huge mess.....i dont deal with mess well as you know ....i will be home sunday or monday so please if it is a mess clean it up.
I just dont wanna come home to it i have had a very bad week and i dont wanna top it off by cleaning something that i did not do.

I was like WHAAAAAAAAA???? What the heck? I mean, the house is definetly not perfect but I did everything yesterday and i mean everything even dusting, except for the dishes because I ended up having to go to the hospital. I guess this man called punkies cousin and asked to spea to her MOM(punkies aunt) and said the house was a huge mess. WTH?
I have several huge issues with this.
A- Hes supposed to be from a community group aimed at helping low income, (the lions club) and he was also representing the Salvation Army by bringing the home heating help forms out. That is NOT appropriate behavior.
B - The house is really NOT a huge mess! Just dishes left to do that is all.
C - To go behind my backk like that is very sneaky and unprofessional, and just plain unkind! Why did he not say something too me? And he knew because we tlked about how I have physical issues/disabilities and I am sick on top of it. Yet he did that.
I feel like I should report him to the club because that could have caused a huge fight between my roomie and I was she anyone else. Fortunately we are close and can get past little things like this.
I just dont get why he would want too hurt me like that when hed never even met me, knew I am somewhat disabled, and also sick. I feel like crying
