hi everyone,a weeks ago i made the folowing thread

till that point on i think i have determined that i have obsessive thinking(about thinking?O_o) disorder (w/o the compulsive,lol)

since then i have gradually gotten better and i have been not thinking about thinking less and less each day.but at the end of the day i know that pretty much most of the time ive spent doing activities i have also had it on my mind.

ive read up on it,and i know that i can get better..only i dont want to have to resort to medication.

ive gotten better by just not worrying about it (alot easier said than done i must say,lol).i was just wondering if any of you guys have any advice which might be helpful.

for example..am i doing the exact opposite of what i should not be doing by not making this thread?or is it better to talk about it?sort of like someone telling you not to think about the fork thing you know?
