I am sssooooooo tired of these intense sessions the last few weeks...including todays session. I do the homework she gives me just fine at home but when we discuss it...it becomes very intense again. T challenged me about how I look at my feelings as right or wrong. So another homework assignment to put my sisters name at the top of the paper, look at a list of feelings and write down the feelings that bug me underneath her name. Feelings, feelings, feelings...I wish I could get a small break from focusing on feelings... YEEESH!!! I am soooo tired of feelings and the focus that is getting put on them. UGH!!!
