I was thinking about how my T comes out to get me...he used to walk out and say hi and say "come on back". Now, since we have gotten a lot closer, he usually just walks up to me and gives me smile or makes some sort of funny comment about what I was doing while I was waiting for him.

Just wondering how your T greets you or comes out to get you? Or, to be fun, how would you want them to greet you?

I'd like my T to give me a hug and say "Ugh, I've waited for you all day!"
